David M. Kennedy
David established his firm on the principle that the legal justice system is there to be used for the redress of wrongs committed by others to his clients. In turn, he and the firm are committed to defending the right to open courts and trial by jury, and David opposes efforts by special interest groups that seek to curtail this valuable right.
David's clients consist almost exclusively of injured individuals, and families of those killed at the hands of others. David has dedicated his practice to representing only those with a legitimate right to be in court. Because lobbyists have been able to tip the scales of justice in favor of their clients through reform of our laws, David must remain selective as to the cases taken. He remains committed to taking only cases with merit, and will prepare every case for trial, leaving all settlement decisions to his clients.
David has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics and Texas Monthly magazines for the years 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
